For additional perimeter protection and to deter unauthorised access, barbed wire can be added to the top of fences. As well as traditional barbed wire, we sell a more contemporary type of barb; razor wire steel blades are fabricated at regular intervals around a core of high-tensile wire, designed to have a piercing and gripping action, making it an effective option for a strong deterrent solution. Razor wire is a far more effective way of preventing intrusion along perimeter barriers for high security areas such as military institutions, government buildings, and railways.
